in following any control procedures is that the funds belong to the membership at all
times. These funds are not to be used indiscriminately. There are two overriding
principals, which must be adhered to when it comes to the disbursement of the members'
funds. The first is; has the expenditure been authorized? The second follows similarly;
are the funds being spent on something that will benefit the entire organization? |
