Local Collection of dues is "Bottom Up" – that is the Local receives all dues monies from the employers, computes and then forwards the International per capita and defense fund to Headquarters. The local completes the Secretary-Treasurer’s Report provided by the International and remits a check for the amount due the International along with the supporting Report. This method of reporting is designed for locals with bargaining units (wholly within the local) with less than 150 members.
