There are two different Membership Dues Report formats to choose from as follows:

- Financial detail    - By name

Refer to the "Samples" section to see a sample of each format.

The Table Membership Dues Report Format Selection shows which report headings are included on each report.

The Local may select the report format desired by submitting a Membership Dues Report Format Selection, Form MLO-122.

A different selection may be made for each processing unit within the Local.

Locals that do not notify the International of their desired format and sequence will receive their Membership Dues Report in full detail sorted by name.

The financial detail format is restricted to computerized Locals only.
