Overview
The Cancellation of Dues Authorization Report includes
all individuals covered by a collective bargaining contract who have cancelled dues
deduction authorization and are not, by contract, allowed to do so. It also shows
information on changes of data received for each person listed as well as the comment
"Dues Canc" and the dues year and month in which the dues were cancelled with
the company. These individuals will also show on the Member Report or the Agency Fee
Report. The report is generated monthly by the International and is sent to the Local for
review and for it’s records |
