The Dues Received No MLO-117 Information Report includes all individuals covered by a collective bargaining contract for whom no form MLO-117 has been received. This form identifies the type of member and is necessary for dues processing. Refer to the Forms section for more information on the MLO-117 form. These individuals will also be shown either on the Member Report with a fee code of 4 or on the Agency Fee Report. It also reports information on changes of data received for each person listed. The report is generated monthly by the International and is sent to the Local for review and for it’s records.
